Fault diagnosis of the inner tank of image intensifier

An image intensifier is a device that converts X-ray perspective invisible images into corresponding fluorescent visible images and requires extra energy to enhance its brightness.

The image intensifier is composed of a bladder, a tube container, an optical system and a power supply. Remove the back cover of the supercharger and observe from the camera. If the green light is not visible during exposure, a malfunction will occur in the image intensifier.

If the primary voltage of the high-voltage transformer is normal, please check the anode of the booster, whether the secondary voltage of the high-voltage transformer is normal, and whether the connection of the high-voltage line is in good contact. If there is no induction high pressure gauge, a simple method can be used to determine the presence of high pressure.

If a piece of cotton yarn is placed on a high-voltage wire, the cotton yarn will stand upright when it is charged, indicating the presence of high voltage; if conditions permit, it can also be used to prove whether there is a spark on the ground. The method proves that the high voltage to the ground should be closed slowly by far and near. It is 5cm.

Newheek can not only provide image intensifier receivers of different sizes, but also provide maintenance services. If you need this device, please contact us.
