A customer called Weifang Newheek Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to inquire about the 6-inch image intensifier produced by our company. The customer informed that the image intensifier was from Toshiba, but he didn’t know what went wrong. We need to let our company check it. I inform customers that the common faults of the image intensifier are as follows:
The first is damage to the liner. This situation is very serious. If the liner is damaged, it is better to change the image intensifier directly. The second case is that the high-voltage power supply is broken. This situation is better. You only need to change to a high-voltage power supply of the same model or an alternative, and then the image is blurred. Troubleshooting method
(1) After eliminating the problems of the x-ray machine and the optical system, the voltage of each measuring point of the intensifier needs to be measured one by one to meet the specified requirements, and the blur can generally disappear.
(2) If there is too much dust on the output screen, it can also cause blur. Wipe the lens with lens cleaning paper, and the fault disappears.
(3) After excluding the above two points, the image is still blurry, which is definitely caused by the aging of the reinforcing tube and the bad vacuum. At this time, the reinforcing tube needs to be replaced.
After communication, the customer decided to send his image intensifier to us for professional maintenance.
