Analysis of Common Faults and Associated Removing Methods for X-ray image intensifier
.If there is no image, first check whether the high voltage circuit is faulty. If the high pressure is normal, check whether the intensifier tube is damaged.
.If the image focusing is not good, first adjust the focusing potentiometer to observe whether the image can be well focused; if the image can not be focused well, it can be judged that the voltage of each electrode is wrong, so the focusing circuit and the voltage value of each electrode should be detected,if the voltage value of each electrode is normal and the fault still exists, it indicates that the intensifier tube needs to be replaced.
.There are spots in the image, and there are impurities on the input or output screen of the intensifier tube, indicating that the quality of the intensifier tube is defective or the tube is aging.
.If the X-ray noise is large, the increase of X-ray dose will reduce the noise obviously. It can be judged that the early aging of the intensifier tube , and the high-pressure value or X-ray dose of the intensifier tube can be appropriately increased to remedy the problem. If the increase is too much and the effect is not obvious, the intensifier tube should be replaced.
.Sometimes there is no image. First of all, observe whether the high-voltage plug and socket are discharged and ignited, and whether the high-voltage cable is broken down.High voltage plug and socket can be cleaned; if the high voltage cable is broken down, it should be replaced.
