A customer in Chongqing called to inquire about the repair and replacement of the image intensifier. The customer said that they bought an industrial X-ray machine from a German brand three years ago. Recently, two image intensifiers produced poorly clear images and wanted to repair and replace them.
We first confirmed to the customer that the original manufacturer of the industrial X-ray machine generally provides warranty service. If it is repaired and replaced by us, the subsequent warranty of the whole machine may be imaged. The customer said it’s okay, the whole machine has passed the warranty period, and the original parts are too expensive. If we can provide replacements, we can consider using ours. We ask customers to send photos of image intensifiers and labels, and give feedback to engineers to confirm that they can be replaced before quoting for customers.
