How to judge the failure of the image intensifier

I have recently received a customer’s inquiry from our image intensifier for the common fault analysis and troubleshooting of an X-ray image intensifier: If there is no image, first check whether the high-voltage circuit is malfunctioning, and use a multimeter to measure the output voltage of the high-voltage circuit. If the high pressure is normal, check whether the reinforcement tube is damaged. If the image is not well focused, first adjust the focus potentiometer to observe whether the image can be well focused; if the focus is not good, it can be judged that the voltage of each electrode is wrong, and the focus circuit and the voltage value of each electrode should be checked; if the voltage value of each electrode is normal, the fault still exists, indicating The booster tube needs to be replaced.
There are spots in the image. There are impurities on the input or output screen of the enhancement tube, indicating that the enhancement tube quality is defective or the enhancement tube is aging. For these questions, most of the customers are some medical equipment companies and would like to ask the hospital if they can repair their image intensifiers.
