Precautions for use of high-voltage power supply

High voltage power supply is an indispensable part of image intensifier. What should we pay attention to when repairing the damaged high-voltage power supply? Let’s have a look.

First of all, on the premise of ensuring the normal use of the image intensifier liner, the following preventive measures must be taken (except for the liner damage such as discharge, air leakage, air intake, input screen sag, etc.).

Secondly, before installation, please clean and dry the high voltage circuit connected to the high voltage power supply on the image intensifier with alcohol to avoid causing the high voltage circuit to be dirty and discharged after installation.

When installing the third point, connect the cleaned high-voltage wire to the high-voltage output port corresponding to the high-voltage power supply according to the wire number. Remember, when connecting, the high-voltage wire must be inserted to the bottom and tightened. In order to prevent the high-voltage wire from loosening and causing ignition.

Fourth,  Check whether the high-voltage line is clean; Tighten at the same time, but there is still slight discharge on the high-voltage side. When the power is cut off, the high-voltage wire can be pulled out, the high-voltage silicone grease can be coated on the line, and the discharge problem can be solved by reconnecting.

Fifth, In the process of adjusting the image, you can adjust it according to the method mentioned in the manual.
