The image intensifier does not produce images

Maintenance engineer Wu asked about the VP-33314 high-voltage power supply, which is equipped with an E5804SD-P3 image intensifier.
Manager Wu said that the image intensifier in the hospital can no longer image. It is estimated that the high-voltage power supply of the image intensifier has been cut off.
Do not ask us to repair it.
Tell the customer how to detect the high-voltage power supply of the image intensifier, and tell the customer to measure whether it is a power supply problem first.
The specific operation method is as follows:
Use a DC multimeter to measure (the high-voltage knob can only be measured with a high-voltage voltmeter)
1) Low voltage +24V test: If the voltage is normal, the high voltage board will be damaged; if there is no voltage, the low voltage board will be damaged
2) Measure high pressure: the high pressure end is normal and the inner tank is broken; the high pressure end is abnormal and the high pressure plate is broken. According to this method, the user first judges whether the high-voltage power supply is damaged. If the power supply is normal, it means that the inner tank of the image intensifier is faulty and needs to be mailed to our company for inspection and repair. After consulting with the hospital, Manager Wu decided to mail the image intensifier to our company for corresponding inspection.
After our company received the image intensifier from the customer, after a comprehensive inspection of the customer, our engineers found that there is no problem with the high-voltage power supply, but the internal tank of the image intensifier was aging and did not cause image failure.
Customers are advised to replace the inner tank of the image intensifier with a new one. Finally, the customer approved our products and after-sales service, and agreed to replace the new liner of the x-ray image intensifier.
Dear hospital leaders and engineers, if your hospital image intensifier has such problems, please contact us.
