When purchasing replacement C-arm image intensifiers, please confirm the following information first:

1. Input Field of View (FOV): 6 inch, 9 inch and 12 inch are the most common sizes. Single-field, dual-field and triple-field versions are available, which must match your original equipment.
2. Interfaces and mounting structure: Confirm flange size, output window and CCD coupling structure. Older imported units (Thales, OEC, Toshiba, etc.) feature different interfaces, so you need to check the original machine model in advance.
3. Imaging material: Cesium Iodide (CsI) input screen delivers better signal-to-noise ratio and lower scatter, which is the mainstream configuration for medical C-arms.

Q: Can a domestic image intensifier directly replace the original imported part on an old C-arm?
A: Replacement is feasible if the FOV, flange interface and coupling structure are matched. Before placing an order, please provide your original machine model and the nameplate photo of the existing image intensifier. We will assist you with compatibility evaluation.

Q: Is adjustment required after installation?
A: Image calibration, resolution and brightness acceptance tests must be carried out after installation. The installation and commissioning should be completed by certified medical equipment engineers. The equipment can be used for clinical fluoroscopy only after passing acceptance.

Q: Can the same image intensifier be used for veterinary C-arms?
A: The 6-inch and 9-inch versions are also compatible with mobile veterinary C-arms and available for animal orthopedic fluoroscopy applications.
