Common faults of medical image intensifiers

Recently, a customer in Hebei asked about the maintenance of the medical image intensifier. His image intensifier is broken, the image is blurry, and it sparks. In most cases, the internal sparking phenomenon cannot be solved by the customer. It needs to be mailed to the manufacturer for comprehensive testing. If the sparking is not serious, only need to repackage it. If it is serious, only replace with a new liner. The following is an explanation of common failure phenomena of medical image intensifiers:
1. High-voltage power supply discharge:
Performance phenomenon: The main manifestation of the discharge of the high-voltage power supply is that the high-voltage end of the power supply has the phenomenon of ignition and sizzling noise.
2. Intensifier output screen discharge:
Performance phenomenon: The main performance phenomenon is the flickering phenomenon of the output screen. It means that the output screen of the booster will flash once when the booster is powered on but without radiation.
3. Leakage of inner tank:
Performance phenomenon: The main manifestation is that the image is blurred, and the high-voltage terminal voltage drops linearly.
4. Poor inner vacuum:
Performance phenomenon: The main manifestation of the poor vacuum of the inner tank is: when the intensifier is energized, without radiation, the output screen of the intensifier will show half-crescent light. The larger the half-crescent light area, the poor vacuum of the inner tank. The more serious the state.
The above 4 points are the common failure phenomena of medical image intensifiers. After reading these, I believe you can judge the cause of the failure by yourself. If you are still not sure about the failure of the medical image intensifier, it is recommended that you bring the product to our company for repair or mail repair.
