Demagnetization of image intensifiers

Image intensifiers are made of iron materials and may be magnetized by additional magnetic fields.Magnetized screwdrivers should not be used.Alternate magnetic fields should be used for degaussing.The focusing voltage of the electrode may alternate when degaussing.

Do not unscrew and/or remove the screw used to fix the output flange as it has been adjusted for additional optical equipment.19. Adjust resolution
There is no need to adjust the voltage of the power supply on each image intensifier as it has been adjusted in the factory.A high power microscope (10 to 40 times) should be used when reconditioning is required.
