Do you know image intensifier size?

The image intensifier has an input screen diameter ranging from 4 inches to 16 inches. Smaller input screens are more flexible and cheaper to operate. The small image intensifier can slightly improve the resolution because the electrons from the photocathode hit the output screen with higher precision. However, the range of the patient’s body that the input screen can enclose is limited. Larger boosters are more expensive and inflexible, but they offer a larger field of view and image magnification.

The diameter of the image intensifier input screen should be larger than the diameter of the area of the patient’s body that needs to be studied.
