Yesterday morning, a customer from Henan ** Hospital called Weifang Newheek Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to consult about the maintenance of the image intensifier. The customer said that the image intensifier on the X-ray machine of the hospital was 12 inches and there was a fire. Asking us what is going on, I recorded some basic information about his hospital, and talked to the customer about the situation of the image intensifier.

The first is damage to the liner. This situation is very serious. If the liner is damaged, it is better to change the image intensifier directly. The second case is that the high-voltage power supply is broken. This situation is better. You only need to change to a high-voltage power supply of the same model or an alternative, and then the image is blurred. Troubleshooting method

(1) After eliminating the problems of the x-ray machine and the optical system, it is necessary to measure the voltage of each measuring point of the intensifier one by one to meet the specified requirements, and the blur can generally disappear. (2) If there is too much dust on the output screen, it can also cause blur. Wipe the lens with lens cleaning paper, and the fault disappears.

(3) After excluding the above two points, the image is still blurry, which is definitely caused by the aging of the reinforcing tube and the bad vacuum. At this time, the reinforcing tube needs to be replaced.
