In order to improve the resolution of touch screen, the fluorescent particles are very fine, the coating density is high, and the coating is relatively thin. The phosphor layer is preceded by a sprayed aluminium film, which can be connected with the anode. This aluminium film can accept secondary electrons produced by fluorescent substances stimulated by electronic images, prevent the burning of the fluorescent screen due to the violent impact of electrons, and prevent the harmful effect of fluorescence feedback from the output screen to the photocathode.
