The customer consults on the malfunction of the image intensifier
Recently, I received a call from a customer. The customer said that their image intensifier was malfunctioning. There were a lot of small black spots on the observed image. I didn’t care about it before, but now they are all small black spots, which is seriously affected. I can’t see the images detected by the image intensifier. I would like to consult when we see that we can perform maintenance and inspection on the image intensifier. I suggest that the customer send the image intensifier by mail so that our engineers can do a systematic test.
After that, the customer mailed the image intensifier to us. After receiving the image intensifier, the engineers began to conduct inspections. First, confirm and eliminate the contamination of the lens, and then conduct specific troubleshooting for each possible failure of the image intensifier.
