The image intensifier is generally damaged in the following situations. The first is damage to the inner liner, which is very serious. If the inner liner is damaged, it is better to replace the image intensifier directly. The second situation is that the high-voltage power supply is broken. This situation is better, and you only need to change to a high-voltage power supply of the same model or that can be replaced. Troubleshooting method (1) After eliminating the problems of the x-ray machine and the optical system, it is necessary to measure the voltage of each measurement point of the intensifier one by one, and the blur will disappear when the target is reached. (2) Too much dust on the output screen can also cause blurring. Clean the lens with lens paper. (3) After excluding the above two points, if the image is still unclear, it must be caused by the aging of the intensifier tube and poor vacuum. At this time, the intensifier tube needs to be replaced. In short, there are many reasons that affect the booster, and maintenance should be carried out according to specific faults.
