The image intensifier consists of an input surface, a photocathode, a cluster electrode, an anode and an output surface in a vacuum state.
After X-ray conversion, the photoelectrons are accelerated by high voltage, and image on the output plane through an electron lens cluster composed of cluster electrodes and anodes.
