The high-voltage power supply is an indispensable part of the image intensifier. If the high-voltage power supply is damaged, what should be paid attention to when repairing it? Let’s look together.
First of all, the following precautions must be taken under the premise of ensuring that the image intensifier inner tank can be used normally (except for damage to the inner tank such as discharge, leakage, air intake, sagging input screen, etc.).
Secondly, before installation, please clean and dry the high-voltage circuit connected to the high-voltage power supply on the image intensifier with alcohol, so as not to cause the high-voltage circuit to be unclean and discharge after installation.
When installing the third point, connect the cleaned high-voltage wire to the corresponding high-voltage output port of the high-voltage power supply according to the wire number. Remember, when connecting, the high voltage line must be plugged into the bottom and tightened. In order to avoid the loosening of high-voltage lines and the phenomenon of ignition.
Fourth, check whether the high-voltage line is clean; tighten it at the same time, but there is still a slight discharge on the high-voltage side. The high-voltage line can be pulled out when the power is cut off, and the discharge problem can be solved by applying high-voltage silicone grease to the line and reconnecting it.
Fifth, in the process of adjusting the image, it can be adjusted according to the method mentioned in the specification.
