An image intensifier converts invisible light into visible light

X-ray image intensifiers are usually cylindrical, and the lining of X-ray image intensifiers is the core component of X-ray image intensifiers. The general working process is as follows:
Input screen flashing crystal X-ray sensitive X-ray invisible light into visible light, a visible photons, and then convert it to an image of the photoelectric effect under the photocathode emission electron, that is to say, photoelectron, achieve output screen through high pressure to accelerate the focus, and then by the camera to capture images of the image transmission to the computer.
The X-ray image intensifier is mainly composed of input screen, input scintillation crystal, photocathode, vacuum tube and focusing electrode, output scintillation crystal and output screen, etc.
Input scintillation crystal: Since the wavelength of X-ray is smaller than that of visible light, CCD and other devices cannot directly image it. The participation of scintillation crystal is needed to convert The X-ray into visible light.
In order to ensure that the path of electrons through the same value, to avoid image distortion, the input scintillation crystal generally adopts the way of bending.
Photocathode: after the scintillator receives X rays, it excites visible light photons, and the photoelectric factor releases photoelectrons through the photoelectric effect.
