Deal with the aftermarket problems that affect the intensifier for customers

Recently, I received a customer’s inquiry about the malfunction of the image intensifier. The customer purchased our product two years ago. Recently, he came to inquire about some problems. So he asked the customer to send the product back. After understanding, he learned that the main problem was discharge and noise.

First pull it out from the high-voltage end and clean it, then apply the high-voltage end of the power supply to the high-voltage silicone grease, and then re connect the high-voltage wire. It can eliminate the discharge phenomenon of power supply. Tell the customer that the power supply needs to be replaced if it is serious.
