The image intensifier is composed of input surface, photocathode, cluster electrode, anode and output surface under vacuum. After X-ray conversion, the photoelectrons are accelerated by high voltage, and are bundled by an electron lens composed of a bundle electrode and an anode to form an image on the output surface.
