High voltage power supply: power frequency

The capacity of high voltage power supply is determined by the product of rated voltage and rated current. The X-ray machine has very strict requirements on the frequency of high voltage power supply, that is, high cannot exceed Hertz, low cannot be less than 49 Hertz, otherwise the machine cannot work normally. If the frequency is too high, the inductance element in the machine will generate more heat, which will affect the insulation strength. In addition, the X-ray machine equipped with magnetic saturation voltage regulator will overload the milliamperes, and the X-ray tube target surface will be easily damaged when the voltage will not be transferred from the factory. If the damage rate is too low, the coil in the inductor generates more heat, which also affects the insulation opening. The X-ray machine equipped with the magnetic saturation voltage regulator will make the milliampere drop. When serious, the furrow pressure cannot be adjusted, and the electric bed cannot be started.
It can be seen that the requirements of X-ray machine on the frequency of high voltage power supply are stricter than those of general appliances.
The Newheek high voltage power supply is divided into five models, which can replace the high voltage power supply of Toshiba E5761HD/P1, P5, P9 and other image intensifiers. Its shape and input and output characteristics are the same as the original power supply, which can be replaced and the power supply performance is stable and reliable. The high voltage power supply is divided into two main power boards (installed inside the image intensifier) and two control boards.
In addition, Newheek suggested that the high-voltage wire connected with the high voltage power supply on the image intensifier should be cleaned and dried with alcohol before installation, so as not to cause discharge after installation.
