Light intensifier for maintenance

Light intensifier is the key intensifier in X-ray technology. Its function is to convert the incoming X-ray pattern into a corresponding intensifier optical image which is recorded by a CCD or camera.
Once the image intensifier fault occurs, it is often not easy to judge and solve.If it is the fault of the image intensifier itself, the manufacturer of X-ray equipment cannot repair it, so it is often necessary to send the image intensifier back to the original image intensifier manufacturer for inspection.The image intensifier is usually out of order.

The breakdown for light intensifier can generally be classified into two key categories:
The first type is the failure of 24V power supply, which can be judged by measuring its normal output with a universal meter. If 24V has no voltage, 24V power supply should be replaced.
The second type is the fault of the high-voltage power supply, which is also judged by measuring whether its output is normal.There are two common cases of this fault: (1) no high voltage output.(2) high pressure instability.Among them, the above two categories of failure generally require the replacement of power supply.
